His work spans project design and management, teacher professional development, foundational learning and child development, parenting, and institutional capacity development. Through L4D, he brings an evidence-informed, practical approach to Training of Trainers (ToT), facilitation, leadership development and organisational learning — helping individuals and organisations strengthen capabilities and improve performance.
